- Each student is eligible for one trial session unless stated otherwise.
- Trial classes are subject to availability.
4. Fees & Payments
- Fees must be paid in advance according to the selected program or package.
- All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

5. Class Scheduling & Attendance
- Class schedules are mutually agreed upon between Soucho and the student/parent.
- Students are expected to attend classes regularly and on time.
- Any changes or cancellations should be informed in advance.
6. Tutor Assignment
Soucho assigns tutors based on availability, subject expertise, and student needs.
We reserve the right to change tutors if required to maintain teaching quality.
7. Student Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Show respect toward tutors and staff
- Maintain discipline during classes
- Avoid any inappropriate or disruptive behavior
Soucho has the right to suspend or terminate services if rules are violated.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
All personal and student information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Soucho ensures confidentiality and security of user data.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, videos, and resources provided by Soucho are the property of Soucho and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.
10. Technical Requirements
Students are responsible for:
- Having a stable internet connection
- Using a compatible device
- Ensuring proper audio/video setup
Soucho is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues on the user’s side.
11. Limitation of Liability
Soucho is not responsible for:
- Internet interruptions
- Device malfunctions
- Third-party software issues
We strive for quality but do not guarantee specific academic results.
