3. Registration & Account Responsibility

Any activity performed using your account is your responsibility.
Soucho.pk is not responsible for unauthorized access due to user negligence.
4. Free Trial Policy
Soucho.pk offers a free trial class to help users evaluate our services.
One free trial is allowed per student unless stated otherwise.
Trial sessions are subject to availability and scheduling.
5. Fees & Payments
All fees must be paid in advance as per the selected program.
Payment methods will be communicated during enrollment.
Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

6. Class Scheduling & Attendance
Class schedules are mutually decided between Soucho.pk and the student/parent.
Students must attend classes on time.
Rescheduling or cancellation requests should be made in advance.
Missed classes without prior notice may not be compensated.
7. Tutor Assignment
Tutors are assigned based on subject expertise and availability.
Soucho.pk reserves the right to change tutors if required to maintain teaching quality.
8. Student Conduct
Students are expected to:
Maintain discipline during classes
Respect tutors and staff
Avoid any inappropriate behavior
Soucho.pk reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of misconduct.
9. Technical Requirements
Users are responsible for:
Stable internet connection
Working device (mobile, tablet, or computer)
Proper microphone and camera setup
Soucho.pk is not responsible for class disruptions caused by technical issues on the user’s side.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, course materials, videos, and resources belong to Soucho.pk.
They may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.
